HiReach Training can assess competency in the operation of High Risk plant and equipment, to fulfil pre-employment competency checks and contractual arrangements.


A licence or ticket is no longer considered an adequate measure of an employees ability to operate plant and equipment in a manner compliant with legislation.
 
Under Australian Workplace Health and Safety Legislation employers must take reasonable and practical steps to ensure the competency of their staff for the work they perform and the operation of plant and equipment.
 
HiReach Training can assess competency in the operation of High Risk plant and equipment, to fulfil pre-employment competency checks and contractual arrangements. 

Am I eligible?
 
You must hold a current High Risk Licence or plant ticket, to qualify for a Verification of Competency assessment.

 

Certification:

On successful completion of the  assessment, students will receive a Certificate of Competency.

What to bring:
 
Appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

  • Safety shoes or boots

  • workwear (hi-vis if you have it)

  • safety hardhat (optional)

  • a broad brimmed sun hat and water bottle is recommended
